The Duchess Deal by Tessa Dare is a fun and steamy historical romance and the start of the Girl Meets Duke series.

I borrowed the audiobook from my local library. I really enjoyed the narrator, Mary Jane Wells. She understood the assignment and really did an amazing job.

I had a fun time with this one. I laughed out loud a lot, and sometimes even snorted! The banter is phenomenal, especially Emma’s attempts with pet names.

The steam levels are nice, and there’s a even a cute cat! This was my first book by the author, but certainly not my last. I’m very excited that this book is the start of a series, and I can’t wait to read the more.
