How to Solve Your Own Murder by Kristen Perrin is a solid cozy mystery and the first in the Castle Knoll Files series.
The hook for this series was really interesting to me! There are two timelines. In the present day, we are following Annie Adams who has to solve the murder of her great aunt Frances in order to inherit her vast wealth and estates. There is also an epistolary element as our past timeline rolls out via journal entries that Frances wrote nearly sixty years previous.
