Love, Theoretically is a contemporary STEM romance by Ali Hazelwood.

This was my first Ali Hazelwood and I had fun with it!

I borrowed the audiobook from my local library and enjoyed listening to the narrator.

Elsie was a fun main character to read as a non-academic. Her secondary (or like, fifth?) job as a fake girlfriend sounded really interesting. As a recovering people-pleaser I felt fairly seen.

I totally bought the chemistry between her and Jack, but I think the slow burn was a little extra on the slow side.

Rep: FMC with diabetes, asexual side character

Tropes: enemies to lovers, STEM, slow burn

CW: gaslighting, toxic relationships, parental death (prior to book)
