Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone is the start of a fun–and funny–mystery series by Benjamin Stevenson.
I borrowed the audiobook from my local library and it was such a fun listen! The book is set in Australia, and the Australian-based narrator does a great job using slight variations for local accents and having overall great comedic timing.
It’s worth going into this book as blind as possible so I’m not going to talk much about it. But I really enjoyed the (honestly several) whodunits and all of the wild scenarios that happen throughout the book.
This would be great for fans of Finlay Donovan or The Thursday Murder Club.
I’m so excited to read further into this series!
Tropes: isolated closed circle mystery, fair play mystery, breaking the fourth wall, unreliable narrator
CW: violence, murder, firearms, slight gore
