Maybe This Time is the second novella in the dark romance Vegas Nights series by Christina C. Jones. The eBook version is 87 pages. We follow our two main characters with alternating first-person points-of-view.

Desiree is a former attorney turned fixer. After celebrating her friend Kensa’s vow renewal with Denver, she wakes up Vegas-married to her best friend of twenty years–and Kensa’s brother–Trace. They both had been warned by Trace’s sisters Kensa and Nessa back in college that they shouldn’t act on their feelings for each other as it would ruin friendships. But now that they’re both older and single, maybe it’s finally time to try.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Maybe One More Time is the final novella in the dark romance Vegas Nights series by Christina C. Jones. The eBook version is 92 pages. We follow our two main characters with alternating first-person points-of-view.

Nessa is the final sibling followed in this series, and the wild child of the bunch. Blue Garret is the president of The Predators motorcycle club, a man who takes what he wants. This is my favorite out of the whole bunch.

Tropes in this book include: strangers-to-lovers

CW: BDSM
