World’s Okayest Oracle (Reluctantly) Seeks Demon is the second fun paranormal romance romp in the Supernatural Entanglements series by Olivia Dade.

I absolutely inhaled this book in under 24 hours and had so much fun. I read my advance ebook copy via NetGalley while I was away at an adult sleepaway camp in the woods with a bunch of friends and good music. It ended up being one of the hottest weekends on record, and there wasn’t real air conditioning, so it was hard to sleep. Thankfully I had this book to comfort me!

Olivia Dade just has a sense of humor that really works for me. It might not work for everyone! But it feels at times irreverent and that just tickles my fancy. As someone who lives in a larger body, it’s lovely to see a fat heroine who feels confident in herself being worshipped by her romantic partner.

Though this is a second-chance romance, the conflict is way more external than internal, which is always fun to see. As always with this author, there’s fantastic found family.

It’s likely that I enjoyed this one slightly more than the first book in the Supernatural Entanglements series, ZomRomCom. I’m very hype for book 3!
