The revised version (with additional content) of BookTok sensation The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake is out today from Tor Books! This version was revised by the author (it was originally self-published), edited, and features new cover and interior art. The author provided a Spotify playlist which I’m excited to listen to as well. The publisher created a FAQ about the various editions of this book, which seems helpful!
This book has a good amount of casual race and queer diversity, which I really appreciated. I’m excited for the second book in the trilogy!
Also releasing today from Wednesday Books is Edgewood by Kristen Ciccarelli, a lovely dark standalone fantasy. This is on a bunch of Young Adult lists, but to me it reads a bit more New Adult. I listened to the audiobook, and was so entranced that I read it all in one day! I need to pick up more books by this author.
